Chalcedony set in Sterling with 24k Gold Necklace

Description

Sterling silver pendant (about 2″ long, 1/2″ wide at the bottom), hand cut and textured. Handmade bezel captures a 6mm aqua chalcedony cabochon – I cut the back out under the cab so the light will shine through. The bottom of the pendant is kissed with a touch of 24k gold foil, which was applied using the ancient Asian technique called Keum Boo. The handmade Sterling bezel is riveted on with Sterling silver wire. Sterling 1mm cable chain and spring ring finish the piece. Overall length approximately 18.5″. By Lisa.
