How do I handle a return?
If for any reason you or the recipient of your gift feel that our product has not lived up to your expectations, feel free to contact us about a return for exchange or refund. We will not refund or exchange any product after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please email us at support.
Condition of Returned Product
If eligible, any product sent back for exchange or refund must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. We can only accept items that are returned for refund or exchange without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consist of any included parts and accessories, such as jewelry box, sunshine cloths, and jewelry bags. Items not returned in the condition described herein may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20% of the purchase price, as determined by our cost of replacing the missing items, including a processing fee for the labor intensive process) or refusal of the return. We will not accept packages sent C.O.D.
Please package the product to be returned or exchanged well because if it is damaged in transit, you will not qualify for a return. Jewelry that rattles in a package can cause scratching and breakage of stones or other materials. Any returned item that rattles will have 20% of the purchase price deducted from the refund and possibly more if the jewelry is scratched, chipped, or in any way damaged. If the product has odors, such as cigarette smoke, no refund will be offered or honored, and the product will be returned to the sender.
